Where should we stay in Boston to get the mos tour of our AirBNB or Hotel?

Not sure who you’re traveling with, travel method, budget, or what you mean by “mos tour”, but the seaport is nicest in the summer. Fenway, Chinatown, and the North End are all close enough to pretty much anything and have plenty to do around them (food, museums, music, etc.) .

Depends a bit on what you want to do, and honestly I have no idea what places cost. The city’s central core (with most of the Revolutionary War era stuff) is quite small, and anything would be reasonably walkable:
(that’s only like 1.5 miles on the diagonal)
The North End is the most vibrant part of that area, but nothing is going to be awful anywhere in the map (except maybe the bottom right, on the other side of the channel, which is mostly boring stuff around a convention center) .
If you are looking to be farther out to save some money, I’d just recommend looking for places near non-green subway lines (The Green Line goes useful places like Fenway and the Museum of Fine Arts, as well as to BC and BU, but frankly it sucks, so I wouldn’t make it your primary transport.)

The North End is the Italian area and has a bunch of awesome restaurants. Hanover street has good activity at night. Downtown Crossing has shopping and nightlife. West End, Bay V illage Beacon Hill, and Financial D istrict has nothing. The Seaport is the newest area and has a lot of restaurants and stuff. Most of that are didn’ t exist 10 years ago and now its massively built up. All the historical stuff is in the North End and over to The Public Gardens. The gardens are beautiful to see in the summer. The Whole City is pret ty much a frozen hell in winter.

Check Hotwire back bay. I was able to stay last Friday at a 4 star for $ 84. Walking distance to just about everywhere in 30 min

Beacon hill can still be pretty for all the 200 year old brick homes
